Meet the family
We are Rick and Liv, 42 and 39 years old, and Liv is from Great Britain. As two full-time working parents, we wanted our two children to be cared for in their familiar environment and to grow up bilingually. We preferred not to send them to daycare every day and also needed help around the house, as our busy schedules sometimes didn't allow us to keep up with household tasks. After much consideration, we realised that an au pair would be a good solution.

Our current au pair, English Lisa, exceeds all expectations. She brings a lot of enthusiasm, energy, and love for adventure, and is very active with activities such as boxing and swimming. It is great that she is English and speaks English with the children. This is exactly what we wanted, so the children also get enough exposure to the English language.
