We offer a Service Package that handles all administrative tasks related to the au pair and takes care of everything that needs to be done for your au pair. We recommend that our host families use this Service Package so that we can manage all the details and you do not have to worry about administrative tasks.
This package includes opening a bank account, undergoing a tuberculosis test at the GGD, registration with the municipality, applying for a DigiD, arranging healthcare allowance, basic health insurance, and managing a public transport pass, mobile phone subscription, and museum annual pass. For just €495, we take care of all of this for you!
- Returning host family: after a successful initial placement, you will receive a €100 discount on your next au pair placements through Au Pair Holland as a returning host family.
- Room and board: the costs for room and board can vary significantly and are therefore not included in the overview above.
- Pre-match: if you have already found an au pair yourself, we can assist with the further placement and support throughout the entire program. As we work with partner organisations, we only accept pre-matches where we have a partner abroad. In this case, you will receive a €500 discount on the total price.
- Re-match: we always strive to resolve any issues to the best of our ability. If, despite our efforts, a successful match cannot be achieved, we can arrange a free re-match within one month. If a re-match is needed later than one month, we will assess the situation and develop a personal plan, which may involve additional costs. Naturally, we aim to ensure that a re-match is not necessary.
