Au Pair Holland – a successful part of Travel Active
Since the beginning, Au Pair Holland has been part of Travel Active, formerly known as Au Pair Nederland. In 2024, a year, in which we celebrate not only our 35th anniversary but also the growth of our program, Au Pair Holland has evolved into an independent organization within the Travel Active family, thanks to its success and numerous growth opportunities.
With a new name, an updated website, a fresh look, and a professional team, we continue our mission: connecting au pairs and host families in the Netherlands for a unique cultural experience that enriches and connects their lives.
Travel Active was founded 35 years ago by Mark Maasdam, with the goal of giving young people a unique way to discover the world. In the video below, Mark shares his inspiring journey and the passion that still drives Travel Active and Au Pair Holland today to make cultural exchanges possible.
